Current projects in the planning stage include several residential projects, the master plan for DOW St. Charles Operations, designs for Northshore Cancer Center, George O'Neal expansion, Madisonville Elementary, and Bluecross new operations center. Projects awaiting construction are Gerard St in Mandeville, LA,and the Lafayette Municipal Golf Course.
