In addition to cad drawings, computer renderings and 3d
modeling, Abbey Associates offers several different formats to present
our work to clients. With the product already in digital format it is
simple to use our graphic techniques with any of the presentation methods
listed below.
Web Sites
Web sites are an effective tool for presenting material for clients that
is easily accessible from any computer with an Internet connection. This
allows clients to review material without coming to the office and allows
them to share with others simply by giving the web site address. Please
follow this link to see examples of web sites created for projects.

Compact Discs
Compacts Discs are used for larger projects due to file size limitations
of a web site. Projects that require large amounts of drawings to convey
the design intent benefit greatly from the capacity of a compact disc.
This format is also useful for presentations when waiting for pictures
to download from a site would not be acceptable.
Power Point Presentations
This versatile format arranges text and graphics in a way that can easily
be converted to other formats. Power Point presentations are often used
for presentations, can be converted to a web site and can be published
to a compact disc.
Visual Presentations
Visual presentations are often a combination of several methods. The use
of printed drawings along side a computer presentation is essential for
large group presentations. Printed drawings allow those attending a meeting
to take time to carefully observe details following a computer or traditional
presentation. The following link will direct you to a power point presentation

Graphic Documents
Written reports for larger projects are a necessity, only a limited amount
of material can be provided during a presentation. Abbey Associates uses
word processing software, incorporating graphics with text to clearly
demonstrate the various aspects of the design processsuch as research,
observation, design process, recommendations and implementation of the
design.
Animation
For projects using 3d modeling, animation is another option to graphically
present the design. Walk throughs and fly overs show the client how the
space will be perceived at completion and allows the client to view the
project from all angles. This option is used primarily for larger projects
due to the large amount of time required to create an animation but can
be used for any sized project when needed.
